We want you to be satisfied. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase from Coldstream Creek Designs, you may return it or exchange it by mail or in our retail store.

To return an item by mail in the Canada

To return an item without requesting an exchange, simply place your return in the original packaging, attach the postage-paid return label found on your packing slip, and drop it in the mail. As soon as we receive your return, your credit will be processed for the merchandise total and taxes. The $6.95 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

To exchange an item by mail in the Canada

To exchange an item, simply send it back using the postage-paid return label, which you should find enclosed with your order. You may include your written order for the exchange item or call 1-866-861-2653 and a customer service representative will take your order for the exchange item. Your credit card will be billed for the exchange item, then a credit for the returned merchandise and any taxes will be issued when your return is received.
