Because we want you to have your Coldstream Creek Design items as soon as possible, we have developed an efficient shipping method. In-stock items are usually shipped the same day you order and are delivered in just a few days in most cases. If you need something quickly, we are happy to offer you a variety of shipping upgrades.

Every in-stock order received is shipped (with no extra rush charges) within 24 hours of receipt and is delivered within seven days for Canadian orders, within two weeks or less for US orders. All other international orders are shipped standard delivery and should arrive in 6-8 weeks. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays.

NON-DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

If you do not receive your product order, for whatever reason, or product is damaged, spoiled or not to your 100% satisfaction as a customer we will either replace your order or refund your monies. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including seven (7) days from the date of delivery. We will refund the price of your order within thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation. If you have any concerns or issues with your orders please contact us immediately and let our customer service representatives look after all of your needs.

All prices are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes and are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping charges are extra.
